The form is built but switched off
The enquiry form is written and tested. It stays off until lecturebound.com is onboarded to Cloudflare Email Sending and the Worker has its recipient secrets, because until then a submission would land on the "could not send" page. Turn it on withcontact.formEnabled in src/data/site.ts, and read docs/CONTACT_FORM_PLAN.md first: the DMARC change has to happen before the onboarding, not after. Email works today and reaches Tali directly.
